Description:

Compass Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to provide services to Service Members (active duty, reserve components, and National Guard), Coast Guard, Veterans, and their families at The Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE). In preparation to bid on this contract, we are seeking qualified candidates willing to be included in our proposal as interested and skilled individuals.

The DPM will directly support the Program Manager (PM) in all the areas described below and as delegated by the PM.

Job Duties:
  • Serves as direct point of contact between Government and off-site Call Center
  • The DPM shall be the single point-of-contact for communication with Government management and shall be responsible for the following:
  • Establishment of the inTransition Program’s policies and procedures
  • Supervision of the all aspects of inTransition Program to include Call Center operations, PHRC, and inTransition Database.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting with regards to contract performance
  • Identification of areas for service improvement.
  • Primary point of contact during emergency situations, and 
  • Coordination with Government management regarding implementation, operational, and programmatic issues.
  • Oversee the performance of all contract staff for the successful operation of all aspects of inTransition, to include personnel and operations of off-site Call Center
Job Qualifications:
  • Licensed Mental Health Professionals (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavioral health counseling
  • 3 years’ experience delivering face-to-face health care and have demonstrated clinical experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling.
  • Call Center personnel who provide support other than coaching should have healthcare experience (e.g., 1-2 years of experience with direct service delivery) and licensing credentials (e.g., RN) that are consistent with the outreach, patient education, and support missions of the inTransition program.
