| Job Description: | Compass Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide services to optimize the Human Weapon System (OHWS) program at Eielson AFB, AK.
As a key member of the Optimizing the Human Weapon System (OHWS) program, the Physical Therapist plays a critical role in sustaining the health, readiness, and performance of U.S. Air Force fighter aircrew. Embedded within operational squadrons, the PT addresses flight-related musculoskeletal injuries—particularly neck and back pain caused by high-G environments—and develops individualized injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization plans. By providing direct care, ergonomic education, and recovery strategies, the PT helps mitigate mission-impacting injuries, reduces downtime, and enhances aircrew longevity. This role is essential to ensuring that pilots remain physically capable of meeting the intense demands of aerial combat and mission execution. |

| Job Duties: | • Conduct MSK Evaluations and Interventions.
• Design, Implement, and monitor individualized injury prevention and rehabilitation programs. • Order Imaging, Labs, and Specialist consultations as needed. • Documentation of work performed in approved electronic record systems. • Educate Aircrew and leadership on injury prevention, ergonomics, and recovery strategies. • Comply with all DHA, DoD, and MTF protocols. • Other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualifications: | • Doctor of Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
• 5+ years' experience as a PT in Collegiate, Professional, Olympic, Tactical (military), Aerospace industry, or similar environment supporting man-machine high-performance. Experience must include recency within the last 2 years. • Current healthcare provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification including Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. • Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation).
